Shipping Policy



All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.


Estimated delivery time within Sri Lanka is 2–5 working days depending on location. Delivery delays may occur during peak seasons or due to courier service issues beyond our control.


Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be provided where available.


Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Elysia.lk is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.





Refund & Return Policy



We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:


  • The item must be unused and in original condition.
  • The item must be returned in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.



Returns will not be accepted for:


  • Customized or handcrafted items made to order.
  • Items damaged due to improper use.
  • Products showing signs of wear.



Customers must contact us before returning any item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
